What is our return policy?

Return any unwashed or defective merchandise within 7 days after the date of delivery of the order and the original form of payment will be refunded. Returns made after 7 days of the order delivery date confirmed by your tracking number cannot be refunded.

How do I return something?

Contact us by email at sales@comliks.com. Provide your order number and a brief statement explaining the reason for the return.

Once your return is approved, an email will be sent to you within 24-48 hours.

Once you are ready to send your return, direct your package to the shipping address that will be provided with your order:

Use a secure and traceable shipping method to return your package, with your order number and return confirmation number clearly printed on your shipping label.

We will send you an email when your return is processed.

Once your return is processed, wait 24-72 hours for your bank to credit the refund again on your payment method.

Please note: ComLiks is not responsible for any return fees, or returns that are lost or stolen during transit.
